What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Contact forms
If you fill in and submit the form on the contact page we collect the data shown in the contact form and hold these details for 4 weeks. This allows me to follow up and respond to your enquiry.
Cookies
If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
Who we share your data with
If you are an account holder we do not share your information with anyone. If you are an employer who we have checked for work experience purposes and you have consented to us using your details for schools/further education providers to contact you., then your information will be available to any account holder on this database. Account holders are schools, colleges and universities and only provided access to source work experience placements.
How long we retain your data
If you have access to our Database we retain your data until your subscription expires. We only include companies listed in our Database who have given us consent to do so. This data is stored for a maximum of 4 years or until the employer contact us to say they want their information deleted from the database.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
